I actually contacted the Attorney General, when I kept getting calls before 8 in the morning. You must, though, register here: http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/consumerfacts/tcpa.html

the AG's office called and specifically asked me if I was on the list!

If I want to donate money I will pick the place and time as well as the organization. That way I can make the best choices!
